How We Work
Step 1: Placing an Order
Customers start by creating a project brief, detailing their marketing needs, objectives, and expectations. The more precise the description, the better suited a freelancer will be to take on the project. If needed, clients can consult AdPerformo’s guidelines for order creation to ensure they provide all necessary details.
Step 2: Order Selection by Freelancers
Unlike traditional marketplaces where projects are instantly assigned, AdPerformo allows freelancers to choose orders themselves based on their skills and expertise. This ensures that every order is handled by a qualified professional.
Because freelancers evaluate projects carefully before accepting them, it may take between one to three business days for an order to be picked up. This selection process guarantees that projects are executed with the right level of expertise rather than being rushed into mismatched hands.
Step 3: Work Execution & Payment Structure
To ensure security and fairness for both clients and freelancers, AdPerformo uses a secure payment holding system. When a client places an order, the payment is processed and held in escrow until the freelancer completes the assigned task. This guarantees that the freelancer will be paid once the work is successfully delivered, while also ensuring that the client receives the expected results.
Throughout the project, clients will receive progress updates and can provide feedback to keep the work aligned with their vision. Once the freelancer completes the task and the client confirms its completion, the payment is released. This process ensures smooth transactions, prevents financial disputes, and builds trust between both parties.
Step 4: Quality Control & Completion Assurance
AdPerformo maintains high standards by implementing a dedicated quality control team composed of experienced freelancers who specialize in reviewing and verifying project outcomes. This independent team ensures that projects meet platform standards and client expectations before they are marked as complete.
Throughout the process, quality control freelancers assess progress, review deliverables, and confirm that the work aligns with the agreed requirements. If any issues arise, they provide guidance and request necessary adjustments from the assigned freelancer. Clients can also provide feedback at different stages, and revisions may be implemented as needed. This structured quality assurance system guarantees that every project is completed to the highest standard while maintaining fairness for both clients and freelancers.
Step 5: Revision Process
Clients have the ability to request revisions to fine-tune the final outcome. However, extensive or additional changes that go beyond the initial order scope may require separate payments. This ensures fairness for freelancers, who are compensated for extra work, while allowing clients the flexibility to refine their project as needed.
